I’m Lacey, the cook behind the kitchen. I was born in Louisiana where good food, bold flavors, and family recipes are simply part of life. My grandpa was a well-known chef who taught us the heart of Cajun cooking, food made with love, tradition, and big flavor.

CharJoy’s is named after my two biggest kitchen supervisors, Charlie and Joy, my two three-legged German Shorthaired Pointers who never miss a chance to be nearby when something good is cooking. I bring real Cajun cooking to your home with meals that are easy, delicious, and ready whenever you are.
